The annual Voices national gathering of leaders of color includes:

• Plenary speakers – leaders who have a track record of leading from their experience for the benefit of communities of color.
• Labs – facilitated to generate collaboration through conversation from participants and that represent influential areas of culture (activism, business, church, education, government and media).
• Relaxed scheduling – structured to promote rest and acknowledge the unique communal culture of our communities.
• Art & Music – the artistic expressions that have always been part of the movements and message of people of color
